Our focaccia breads change depending our what's available, what we want to try, and what we have a taste for. Ask for our featured focaccia when you place your order. Gluten free with dairy free &vegan options.

Cookies

What more do you need to know? Yes, they are all gluten free. Some are vegan and some are dairy free. Ask and we'll let you know. Frank makes a bunch of varieties; Chocolate Crinkle, Lemon Crinkle, Anise Knots, Lemoncello, Snickerdoodle, Cowboy, Oatmeal Raisin, Peanut Butter Chocolate and more.

Sweet Bread

Let's see, we have banana, banana chocolate chip, banana cinnamon (YOWZA!), lemon loaf, and others.

Scones

Looking for something to pair with your cup o' joe? The scones are just begging to be your plus one. Frank makes all kinds of flavors, but typically always has blueberry and chocolate (and the chocolate ones are VEGAN!)

Muffins

We have red velvet, lemon, banana and maybe a surprise flavor here or there.

About Linner Bakery

How it all started.…

We decided to start the tradition of Sunday Family Dinner but call it Linner instead because it fell between lunch and dinner. Family and friends remain welcome any Sunday. And when the pandemic hit, Frank became determined to learn how to make gluten free items that I would love. He worked his craft and did not give up until he came up with what you see here today.
